Hey, another before and after because I need some motivation. My 6th year routine was go gym flat out, pint on the weekend, come home from that then spark a j, then mill a deep pan pizza. Got fairly fat funnily enough. Anyway, looking forward to looking good again. Pic on the rights last June so gonna top that next time round.
