Some might have to work harder than others because they have conditioned theirselves to a lack of confidence. You can make confidence permanent if you consciously decide to be the person and decide to do the things you do to become that person. It comes with discipline and training like everything else. If you lack confidence, know that, you can change.
Confidence isn’t walking into a room thinking you’re better than everyone. Doesn’t mean you are loud or the one that has to be noticed. It’s believing in yourself and having faith in your abilities ❤️

Cleaning up the photos on my computer and found a new before...probably one of the few full body pictures ever taken of me! This is at 35 weeks pregnant with my girl..I went to 42 + 2 weeks and left the hospital at 385lbs 🙈. .
It has been quite the journey since then, but I wouldnt trade one minute of it. Every experience we go through, every struggle, every triumph in life, shapes us into the person we are today..and I'm pretty in love with who I've become (I mean that in the most modest way possible 😂).
Keep your head up and keep fighting for what you want, I know it is in you, you just have to believe it too 😘
⚡️#flashbackfriday ! 💫 It was about 23-24 years ago when I first joined a gym and soon after that I set my first #goal . Do You know what that goal was? No, it wasn’t to compete in a fitness competition 😉... it was To be able to do the stair master for 10 whole minutes. Yep, I distinctly remember climbing up on that bad boy for the first time and within 3 minutes I was winded and dying 😫. I was also embarrassed 😳 lol. With Consistency and time I improved and made it to ten minutes 🎉 and then beyond that , and went on to dabble in some fitness shows. I’m telling you about this because it’s another great example of why #ageisjustanumber. It doesn’t matter what age you are ... something new can be very challenging. When I started the @kayla_itsines#bbg workout 18 months ago I couldn’t get past a few burpees , or commandos, or jump lunges (just to name a few ) without feeling like I was dying but after repeatedly trying and continuing to do the workout I improved drastically . Im happy to have come to the realization that I have the same ability to improve now as I had over 22 years ago, and you do too ! The start , or first time , is always the hardest my friends, but we are all capable of making progress at any age 💪 Happy #friyay#fitfam.... In the picture on the left I was 2 months in to my journey and down 31 pounds. Thrilled with my results at that time I knew I wanted much more. Fast forward to today, almost a full year in to my journey and I can see the light 😂🤗
Each day is an opportunity to work on you and your goals, don’t waste it.
