10 years the difference:
On the left 22. In Bali. Thinking I am killing it. 3rd year in the Army. Partying all the time. No real goals, aspirations. Training was more the military Pt and gym sessions here and there. No responsibilities at home.
On the right.
32 years old. Fixed up the terrible tribal tattoo haha. Still partying some of the time but not to those levels. Running a couple of business’s. 2 kids. Amazing wife. Clearly defined goals and aspirations. Smart training choices and proper routines and a balanced nutrition. Heaps of responsibilities at home.
The one thing you can take away is Don’t blame age on being the reason to stop you getting fitter, healthier, happier or as an excuse for anything else. I am feeling stronger, smarter and defiantly more happier as the years go on. Once you fix you mind. Everything else will change 💯
#FijiAmbassador - “Aim for the middle.” - @vancityreynolds ... The middle meaning, being sandwiched between two heavily stacked dumbbells with a trucker hat on head and a @fijiwater in hand. Yes, he was referring to this scenario exactly... #FijiFit
