During trainings we constantly tell players what to do. We tirelessly chase that dream of perfection in their execution, as well as the flow to our geniusly thought out drills.
- The reality is, is that games aren't perfect!
- Movements are never the exact same!
- So why do we continue doing this?
We need to think outside the box and train with, as well as without constraints that allow players to figure out solutions. We need to be able to keep things open ended allowing the players freedom to explore movement patterns; at the same time encouraging them to let their creativity flow.
