LUNCH: on the go lunchbox w/ edamame beans, rice, pickled cabbage, and roasted chickpeas
SNACK: big ok’ smoothie with some greens - banana, strawberries, oat milk, spinach, and spirulina
DINNER: tofu with soy sauce + agave syrup w/ white rice, cucumber, and spinach

had myself a productive morning at home getting homework done and finished reading my book, and then enjoyed this glorious sandwich before heading off to work for the rest of the day!
smoked salmon and avocado is quite the amazing duo - the only thing that was missing was some cream cheese 😭 haha definitely would have been the best final touch, but still incredibly delicious without it.
